As the shop manager, I’m responsible for offering a personal and careful attention to each costumer. I love serving the public and answering all questions from anyone who visits our store. Many people enter as strangers and they leave as friends. My own experience of the Camino de Santiago allows me to connect with each pilgrim’s feelings and comprehend the needs of our customers. I’m also in charge of the creation of our catalogue, organizing the products and the events that we make and also answering the online orders.

Behind the scenes, I give support to the selection of the creations of our catalogue and I help with anything that may be needed. With more than fifteen years of experience as a journalist, I’m in charge of updating our website and advising Jose on tasks that have to do with our social communication.
